House work

So we are in the process of finally finishing our basement. We have our big family room and a bedroom we use as a office/sewing/kids toys room finished. We have someone we are hiring to plumb in the bathroom, once that is done then we can put drywall up in the bathroom and put texture on both bathroom and other bedroom and then paint and eventually new carpet. It will feel so good to have that done thanks to lots of help from Jason's dad and brother. I know we have lots of neighbors who still have unfinished basements and I think our success is due to lots of sacrifices like not alot of family vacations or new furniture in our upstairs living room that could really use it but in the long run it has been worth it.

I thank Jason for all his time he has put in, I wish I could have done more to help but I guess just keeping the kids happy for the many hours that he is slaving away and coming upstairs just covered in white dust from sanding the mud is the best I could do at this time. I am truthfully happy to have a husband that is willing to do that messy work.

I will try to keep up more to date on our family activities and milestones:) For now good by!

Jaxon's first haircut

We found whatever we could to keep him entertained. We fed him M&M's to keep him happy!

The after picture.

This is the before picture.

Halloween

Our little Skeleton!

Hmm, sorry couldn't flip it, anyways she is a Ute's cheerleader!

Ready to go Trick-Or-Treating

This is our new puppy Duke we got in September. It took Jaxon a while to get used to the dog but now he has no problem grabbing it by the tail and pulling!

New start

So I have seen many people's blogs and thought it looked like too much work but then my mom kept giving me crap about sharing everything on Facebook and I spend too much time on there so now I will update this and my family and friends can read my daily adventures here and on Facebook.
